readySC™ Training
Successful candidates will receive two weeks of training from readySC™ at Tri County Technical College.
A sample of courses covered include:
- Leadership
- Team Building
- Conflict Resolution
- Safety
- Troubleshooting
- Quality
- 5S
- SPC
Training is an unpaid pre-hire training and assessment process that
is required for most positions.
These classes are offered Monday through Thursday over
two weeks in four hour sessions from
8:30 AM-12:30 PM or
6 PM-10 PM.
