Maintenance Specialist

We are looking for a few high level technicians with maintenance expertise in vibration analysis, lubrication, and/or precision maintenance. This position is expected to perform all duties in general maintenance as required in addition to leading in their area of expertise.

Troubleshoots and analyzes mechanical and operational problems on all equipment and takes corrective action to resolve the root cause of any issues.
Identifies repetitive issues and implements appropriate long term corrective actions.
Coordinates with project engineering and process engineering on projects and trials.
Supports team members with difficult issues affecting operations.
Develops and has an understanding of the process and
operations to effectively assist in troubleshooting and
identifying the root cause.
Will develop and demonstrate expertise in precision, preventive, and predictive maintenance as well as root cause failure analysis.
Uses all measuring tools, micrometers, vernier calipers, etc.
Shares knowledge and techniques with team members and assists with training.

Additional Success Skills Needed:

Highly advanced or specialized maintenance and reliability knowledge.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Three years of industrial experience or equivalent technical or vocational school training relating to mechanics.
