YES	Are you willing to be screened via an interview with the SC Department of Employment and Workforce?
YES	Are you willing to participate in 36 hours of required unpaid pre-hire training?
YES	Following a conditional offer of employment, are you willing to participate in a drug screen, background check & assessment of basic mobility & strength as generally required in plant as health screen for placement?
YES	Are you willing to work a rotating shift schedule?
YES	Are you willing to willing to travel to Portugal, France, Germany, Mexico, Czech Republic, Romania, other international locations or Mt. Vernon, Illinois for up to 12 weeks of initial on the job training? (Travel is required for the initial hiring group. Subsequent groups will not be required to travel.)

         
During employment with contingent employer, Continental management will provide observations and feedback regarding employee progress to the contingent employer. Contingent employer maintains all accountability for performance management to include feedback & discipline.
