A Process Engineer is responsible for the development, improvement and maintenance of processing area specs and procedures related to Off Road Compound and Tire processing and development.



  • Directs group personnel and coordinates the development and control of manufacturing process performance to maintain performance standards and improve both product and processing quality at minimal cost.

  • Monitors quality and processing areas to determine improvements necessary to maintain quality performance, productivity, and cost standards. 

  • Monitors and improves related quality and processing areas and provides problem solving assistance for improvements in process ability, quality, performance, productivity and cost.

  • Assists Tech Center with development and investigate projects regarding processing and tire development and testing.


Minimum Requirements for Process Engineer

Can you verify your Bachelor Degree or higher?


Are you willing to travel to the plant to observe and analyze equipment and processes and assist in project implementation work?


Do you posess strong communication skills?


Are you willing to maintain a personal library to include reference books, manuals, technical papers and reports?


Are you willing to visit trade shows, technical seminars, and/or read technical publications to keep abreast of latest technology?


Are you willings to attend selected courses to maintain skills?


Are you willing to maintain technical liaisons with manufacturers and suppliers that have equipment that can be used to improve processes and equipment, technical professionals and manufacturing personnel competent in the tire manufacturing industry?


If selected to continue in the interview process, are you willing to participate in a series of contingency screenings to include: drug screen,
physical and background check?

*Note: It is a requirement for candidates to have verifiable work history, pass a criminal background screen, and pass required drug-free workplace and
medical screens.
