A Process Engineer is responsible for the development, improvement and maintenance of processing area specs and procedures related to Off Road Compound and Tire processing and development.
Directs group personnel and coordinates the development and control of manufacturing process performance to maintain performance standards and improve both product and processing quality at minimal cost.
Monitors quality and processing areas to determine improvements necessary to maintain quality performance, productivity, and cost standards.
Monitors and improves related quality and processing areas and provides problem solving assistance for improvements in process ability, quality, performance, productivity and cost.
Assists Tech Center with development and investigate projects regarding processing and tire development and testing.
